Draw names for a gift exchange and send everyone a private link that reveals only who they buy for. No sign up, no emails collected
How to use
Name your gift exchange and, if you like, set a budget, a date and a message for everyone.
Add everyone taking part. You can paste a whole list into one box.
Keep couples or housemates apart if you want, then press Draw names.
Send each person their own private link by WhatsApp, email or any chat. They tap it to reveal who they are buying for.
Why use this tool
A private link for each person: Each link reveals one name only. The organiser never sees the pairs, so the organiser can join the game too.
No sign up and no emails collected: No accounts, no email addresses, no waiting for invitations to arrive. The draw happens in your browser and the name travels inside the link.
Keep people apart: Stop couples, housemates or last year's pairs from drawing each other, and optionally stop two people from simply swapping gifts.
Fair by design: Every valid draw is equally likely, using your device's secure random number generator. If your rules make a draw impossible, it tells you who is stuck instead of failing silently.
Send at your own pace: The draw is saved in your browser with a tick next to each person you have sent a link to.
Frequently asked questions
How does an online Secret Santa draw work?
Everyone's name goes in, then the names are shuffled so that nobody gets themselves and your rules are respected. Each person receives a link that shows only the name they drew.
Can the organiser see who got whom?
Not unless they choose to. The list of links shows no names, so an organiser who takes part keeps the surprise. There is a Show all pairs button for organisers who need to check, with a warning first.
Can I stop couples from drawing each other?
Yes. Add any pair under Rules and they will never draw each other. If the rules leave no possible draw, you are told which person has nobody left to give to.
What if someone loses their link?
Open this page again on the same device. The draw is saved in your browser, so you can copy that person's link again.
Can people find out other names from their link?
A link only contains the draw for one person, so it cannot reveal anyone else's. Ask everyone not to open links meant for others.
