Frequently asked questions

What is a good score on the sequence memory test?

Reaching level 6 to 8 is typical. Level 12 or more is excellent, and some people go past 15 with strong focus.

How can I get a higher level?

Turn on the sound so you hear a tune, say the positions to yourself, or trace the path of the squares as a shape. Combining sound and shape helps most.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. Tap the squares. The grid fits any screen.

Is this the same as Simon?

It is the same kind of memory game: repeat a sequence that grows by one each round. Here it uses a 3 by 3 grid of squares.
